Fallon Marie Radigan

Experienced Attorney and Advocate for Community Safety

Raised in a blue-collar family in North Ridgeville, Fallon Marie Radigan was taught the values of hard work and integrity early on. A Magnificat High School alumna, she holds a Bachelor's from West Virginia University and a law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. Now settled in Bay Village with her husband, they welcomed their first child in December of 2023.

With more than 15 years at the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office, Radigan has handled a diverse range of cases, from juvenile court to major trials. She led the Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, emphasizing community safety and online education. Committed to Northeast Ohio, Radigan seeks to further serve her community as a Common Pleas Court Judge.
